  I see a lot of reviews about bad service but I've never, in all the years I've been to this McDonald's, received bad service. I love the new "fresh, never frozen beef". You can really taste the difference. It's almost like a burger that you'd normally pay $10 for. Very tasty.

  While the lady who took my order seemed very friendly, the teenaged girl at the drive thru window had a horrible attitude. They, of course, got something wrong with my order, and when I politely pointed it out she slammed the drive thru window in my face and didn't say not two words to me. Food is good, service is not.

  This McDonald's can't seem to get their orders correctly. It had been a while since I was last here because of the same reason. I decided to give it another try and that was my fault because I thought maybe....just maybe it would be different. I was wrong. When I first ordered and the guy behind the counter was a teenager who looked like he'd rather ba anywhere else but there. His whole attitude was zombie like and irritating. I didn't get greeted and when I asked for some ketchup packages he just exhaled noisily (as if getting me this was too much trouble) turned around got the packets and dumped it in my bag and stared at me as if he was just waiting to see what else I asked of him because he was in no mood. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Nonetheless I thanked him and left. I drove about 6 or 7 blocks before I checked my order. Of course it was wrong. I had to drive back and have them fix it which was irritating because I had to waste more of my lunch time to do this when it should have been done correctly in the first place. 10min later I received my new order and headed to my car but this time I checked the order before I left their parking lot. How difficult is it to get an order done correctly? Apparently it is very difficult for the staff of this McDonald's to prepare a chicken sandwich because I had to go in a third time to fix the order again. This is ridiculous McDonald! I'm done with you.

  This place is horrible and has been since I could remember. Every time we come out order is wrong, the place is always dirty and every time you walk into the bathroom it looks like no one has cleaned it for days. The last time I went there I came in an hour before the inside closed and 30 minutes in the manager was already rushing us to get out so she could close. She asked us "are you guys done, I have to close." And when we said we weren't done she sat there and watched us like a hawk and once we were done she gave us a go to hell look as we were leaving and my brother told her she didn't have to be so rude. I wish there was a 0 star rating because they don't even deserve a 1 star
